We got started in the property management business because we love offering people good homes. We currently own and manage several buildings, and are rapidly growing. With this growth, however, comes no change of our ethic: this business is still all about relationships, and always will be.

After years in the legal business, our founder, Corey, decided to turn his attention to property management as well. As an attorney, Corey has learned tons about forging excellent relationships with clients and colleagues, and he and his partner now use those skills in reviewing applications, talking to tenants, choosing members of the team and interacting with maintenance personnel.

Today we manage a variety of homes, from smaller ones perfect for students or empty nesters to larger ones perfect for growing families. We always strive to present the complete package: fully outfitted homes with a range of amenities, friendly service personnel and owners who truly care about tenants’ welfare.
